Dorothy's Garden includes 12 plots rented to community residents. Through HOMECorp's partnership with the Montclair Community Farms Coalition, gardeners are provided technical support during the growing season.
HOMECorp offers financial classes and individual counseling for anyone looking to achieve or maintain housing goals. Services include credit coaching, financial literacy and foreclosure prevention. Our First Time Homebuyer classes are offered at HOMECorp's offices quarterly and can be hosted at other communities upon request.
